MASS TEST AND MASTER PRESSURE GAUGES

MASS TEST & MASTER PRESSURE GAUGES

SPECIFICATION
Dial Size : 150mm & 250mm
Accuracy : Test gauge : + - 0.5% of F.S.D & Master Gauge : + - 0.25% of F.S.D
Element : Bellow & Bourdon Tube
Element Material : Test gauge : Phosphor Bronze/SS 316 & Master Gauge : Beryllium Copper.
Movement : Precision S.S. 316, High Precision Jewelled Bearing with Bi-metallic for Temperature Compensation.
Dial : Anti Paralax Mirrored Scale
Pointer : Knife edged, Micrometer zero adjustable type.
Socket Material : Brass/AISI 316 SS
Case & Bezel : Die cast Aluminium Weatherproof housing with screwed outer bezel, Stoved enamel black finish. S.S. 304 snap action bayonet type.
Joints : Silver brazed/Argon arc-welded
Connection : 1/2" NPT(M)/BSP(M)
Mounting : Direct with bottom entry/Back with panel mounting with clamps.
Range : 0 - 1000 mmWc to 0 - 10,000 mmWc & 0 - 1kg/sq.cm. to 0 - 1000 kg/sq.cm.
Least Count : As per standard accuracy chart for + - 0.5% and + - 0.25%.
Glass : Tinted green or offwhite antislave acrylic type. Toughened or Laminated type.
Pointer : Knife edged at the reading end of the pointer provides a plane which is perpendicular to he mirror band on the dial face eliminating parallax as a source of reading error.
Dial : Black Dial graduations are clearly defined and are highly legibleassuring maximum readability. A mirror band which eliminates parallax reading errors, is standard on all test gauges and single scale for all master gauges.
Solid Front Case Precision Master Gauge with External Zero Adjustable : A cast aluminium solid front case protects the operator in the event of tube leakage through exessive overloading. An abnormal rise in pressure within the gauge causes a disc covering the entire back of the gauge case to flex out word, releasing the pressure away from the operator.
Accuracy : + - 0.25% of F.S.D & = - 0.1 % F.S.D.
External Zero Adjustable : one coaxial zero adjustment knob rotates the dial not the pointer, through approximately 30 degree of the arc this makes it possible to set the dial at zero to atmospheric pressure or other bench marks. A second knob locks the bezel and prevents accidental dial rotation. Repeatability : 0.25% = - 0.1% of span. Hysteresis : 0.25% of span. Sensitivity : + - 0.55% of span.
Movements : With Bi-metallic temperature compensator which eleminates temperature error from -25 degree to 125 degree farenhit where ambient temperature varies more than + - 10 degree farenhit.
All tests gauge models start with "TG". Master gauge models start with "MG". Solid front type with suffix "SF"
